Juki F300 vs. F600

As one of the world’s leaders in sewing machines for industrial use, Juki doesn’t disappoint. The new Juki Exceed series comes with the same technology used for industrial use, now available for home users and dedicated hobbyists. In this article, we are going to see the comparisons between Juki F300 and Juki F600, which both come from the new Exceed series. Juki F300 is actually the lowest version, whereas Juki F600 is the highest model. For sure, the difference is not only about the price.

Design and Interface
In terms of design, Juki F300 and Juki F600 are pretty much identical. They have the same dimensions. Each measures 445 mm wide, 210 mm deep, and 290 mm tall. Each model weighs approximately 21.6 lbs (9.8 kg). Yes, they are not the most lightweight models in the world, but you should know that these sewing machines pack serious power and capabilities. Besides, the weight is also beneficial to enhance the stability of the unit while it is sewing.

Well, if you observe these two models more closely, you can find a difference on their interfaces. Juki F300 has a display screen and buttons, but there is no dial knob. On the other hand, Juki F600 features a display screen, buttons, and dial knobs that are placed right under the display screen for selecting the stitch width and stitch length. For sure, these dials are very handy and practical, as you won’t need to delve through menu screens just to change the settings.

Features
The next difference between Juki F300 vs F600 is about the additional features on the sewing machines. Juki F600 comes with several features right out of the box. Juki F300 can have some of these features if you buy the optional accessories.

Juki F600 has a wide table and a knee-lifting lever. Not all people need these features, but they are quite handy when needed. Juki F300 does not have these two features by default; you can buy the optional wide table or knee-lifting lever if you need to use them.

Juki F300 only has a single LED light, which is better than not having any light at all. Juki F600 is better because it comes with two LED lights, which will provide better illumination on your work whenever you are working in a dim environment.

Finally, the unique feature of Juki F600 is the random stitches. With this feature activated, the unit will automatically create the width of particular quilting stitch patterns at random. It will make your quilting project look much more enjoyable. Juki F300 does not have such capability.

Built-in Stitches and Fonts
Finally, the last difference between Juki F300 vs F600 is the built-in stitches and fonts. The cheaper Juki F300 only comes with 106 stitches and 3 fonts. That being said, such number is already a lot. On the other hand, Juki F600 boasts 225 built-in stitches and 4 fonts for limitless flexibility and creativity.

- JUKI full size Exceed series machine for sewing and quilting
- 106 stitch patterns 3 fonts for versatility and simplified use with free arm
