Singer 4423 and Singer 44S are actually a lot identical to each other. Singer 44S is only very slightly better because of the measurement markings, and perhaps the appearance, if you fancy white color. These are not essential, so, for the fullest value for your money, you should choose Singer 4423! It has an awesome performance!
